Clique's Comic-con Dance Party - September 2024

We're so excited  for our Comic-con themed Dance Party in the Centenary Room (formerly known as the Small Newman Room) at Geebung RSL.   Come dressed as your favourite comic character and immerse yourself in a night of superhero fun and excitement!

Geebung RSL is located at Cnr Newman Rd & Collings St, Geebung. If you need any assistance with transport, please reach out to the Clique team in advance and we can recommend some wonderful support workers to help out.

Check in will commence at 6:30pm.  We kindly ask that Cliquers please do not arrive at Geebung RSL prior to 6:30pm as we will be sharing this space with other patrons, and unfortunately there is no place to wait outside the room.  Although we are partying in a licensed venue, Clique does remain a smoke and alcohol free event between 6:30pm and 9:30pm.  Participants will not be served at the bar, and no alcohol is to be taken inside the room during this time.  There will be a water station set up in the room, and soft drinks available during the supper break.

Our schedule during the event remains the same with a supper break at approximately 8:00pm. Supper will include a variety of finger food options and soft drinks.  There is gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan options available, so please ensure you nominate dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket so we can accommodate you. There is plenty of dance floor to ‘get your groove on’ and our DJ will be on stage for us to party hard.  Due to Geebung RSL's catering conditions we need to advise numbers in advance.  All participants wishing to attend must purchase a ticket (and provide any dietary requirements) via our website by no later than midnight Tuesday 17th September 2024.  We are unable to accept any additional ticket requests once this cut-off has passed and strictly no walk-ins on the night.

This is a young person’s mainstream dance party event, and we encourage parents and support workers to dine in the restaurant outside to free up space for our Cliquers to party. If you require a support worker to accompany your Cliquer inside the event, please purchase a Parent/Carer ticket for $35, which includes entry, a snack meal and soft drink. Thank you for your understanding in helping us ensure we have the most space available for our Cliquers to enjoy the party.
